RFI Digital Library Infrastructure Replacement at National Library of Australia

The National Library of Australia has issued a Request for Information for Digital Library Infrastructure Replacement. This might make a good case study for my Electronic Document and Records Management students:
In the context of its digital collecting, the Library seeks solutions to achieving suitable, scalable and sustainable digital library infrastructure that will enable it to:

(a) Scale up its collecting of digital materials;
(b) Support a full spectrum of collection workflows;
(c) Ensure ongoing access to digital materials;
(d) Support efficient user-centric content delivery;
(e) Manage content and metadata in an efficient, reliable, sustainable, maintainable and accountable manner; and
(f) Supply business workflow efficiencies. ...
