RFP for e-Learning Courses for Professionals
The New Zealand Ministry of Health has issued a Request for Proposal for Supply of Customised Online Learning Courses. The detailed 34 page Request For Proposals document (RFP CCOL 0910350, 15 July 2011) is available to registered companies and provides a useful overview of what to ask for with e-leaning course development. In this case the courses are for ten to twenty thousand professionals spread across New Zealand. The Ministry is looking for a supplier with experience in creating digital learning assets and whole online courses. Course content development plans will be prepared before the instructional designer begins work. The Learning Management System (LMS) to be used is not specified. Educating professionals is both helped, and made more complicated, by the requirements of professional bodes.
