China supercomputer

Last week I was interviewed by Karon Snowdon at Radio Australia (ABC's overseas service) on "China beats US at supercomputer game":
China has claimed another first over the United States - one of its supercomputers has been confirmed as the fastest, capable of more than 2,000 trillion calculations per second. Such powerful computers are necessary for weather forecasting and aircraft design, even nuclear tests.

Presenter: Karon Snowdon
Speakers: Tom Worthington, adjunct lecturer, computer science, Australian National University; Peter Marks, technology analyst
