ICT in Framework Convention on Climate Change
One of the obvious was to reduce carbon emissions is with Green ICT. But I could find no mention of computers or telecommunications in the Framework Convention on Climate Change from United Nations Climate Change Conference COP 16 and CMP 6 in Cancun. Has anyone seen any mention of ICT?
