" (by Efraim Turban and Linda Volonino) is a textbook which gives an encyclopaedic overview of how organisations use computers and telecommunication. It doesn't go into great detail on any topic, certainly not enough for someone studying computer science, but gives enough for those in business. The book is also avialable in a Kindle edition. But the lack of colour on the Kindle and the lack of size of the screen might cause difficulties for this book. The designers have used the generous printed page size to provide numerous break out boxes and used colour to identify different aspects.
