Books, Journals and Websites on Climate Change

The State Library of NSW have produced a very useful list of books, journals and websites on global warming and what to do about it called "Cool readings for a hot planet". Unfortunately this is provided as a PDF document with the title "This is where the test goes", so many people may have difficulty finding and reading it. The library provided reference numbers of where to find the books, but I had difficulty in finding those reference numbers in their catalog. So instead I looked them up in Amazon.com. Those which are not available on Amazon, I searched around for an outlet:
