Erroneous zip warning when extracting files

When extracting files from a zip backup using Ubuntu 10, I got the message: "zip warning: name not matched". This happened on six files. A search of the web induicated this had something to do with extracting files which were themselves zip files. But I noticed that if I changed the open "Extract: Slected file" to "Extract: All Files", it worked fine.
