NBN, cyber-security, skills and green IT need funding in Australian Budget

Anthony Wong, president of the Australian Computer Society, has nominated the NBN, cyber-security, skills and green IT, as needing funding in the Australian Budget. He is quoted in the article "Budget for NBN education programs a must: ACS" (Fran Foo, The Australian, 4 Mat 2011). These are priorities I agree with.On its own, the NBN might make the digital divide worse, not better. We need programs on e-health and e-learning which take into account the need for education for both professionals and the general public.
