John Sheridan, the Australian Government Chief Technology Officer, at the ACS Canberra Conference, described the development and use of the ISO/IEC 38500 Corporate governance of information technology Standard. One aspect not covered was who was training ICT professionals in how to implement the standard. I did find numerous mentions of the standard on Australian university websites and some papers.
