Designing for Canberra
Join a fascinating discussion with the award-winning architect of Australia’s Parliament House, Aldo Giurgola and colleagues Hal Guida and Pamille Berg. They will reflect on the challenges and opportunities of designing a building of such significance that also needed to integrate with Walter Burley Griffin’s original concept from 1912 for the national capital.
A highlight will be the opportunity to view original drawings by both Aldo Giurgola and Marion Mahony Griffin.
