Australian Energy White Paper
The Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism issued a "Draft Energy White Paper 2011: Strengthening the foundations for Australia’s energy future", 13 December 2011.
The report mentions that communications and computer control can be used to improve energy efficiency. However, apart from mention of "Smart Grids" there seems to be no recognition of how large a proportion of energy use ICT is nor how it could be used to reduce energy use.
